I have a Degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Master in management and Management of Human Resources and a Masters degree in Coaching and Sports Psychology.<\/p>

I have experience in profiles of all types and in different sectors, and that I have between my clients with Multinational companies, StartUps, (whose name in most of the cases I have to keep hidden in a confidential manner), as well as collaborate with HR Consultants in Spain and other countries, both in Search and Selection, as well as in the Assessment and Management of Talent.<\/p>

Working independently since 2011, after 12 years in business. The advantage of being a Freelancer is the flexibility it provides, as they don't invest two hours a day traveling to the office, or have to stop, two hours to eat, or work only from 9 to 19 h. Monday to Friday, and can adapt to the needs of the person interviewed or the Client, and managing my time more effectively than someone who works physically in an office.<\/p>

Also, the fact that it works \u201cto success,\u201d in Search and Selection, does that Customers do not lose anything by trying to use my services.<\/p>

Specialist in using novel techniques of Recruitment 2.0, which, together with the use of new technologies, allow me to address equally international processes, in which I have experience, and find applications in any part of the world, as well as conducting interviews by video conference at any time.<\/p>
